By using this Site or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Site or services.

By using this Site or booking services with Empowered Me LLC, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

  • You agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services Provided

Empowered Me LLC offers holistic health services, including:

  • Intuitive Life Coaching (3-month programs and single sessions).

  • Intuitive Readings (including tarot cards and sessions with deceased loved ones).

  • Reiki Healing for relaxation and energy balance.

  • Storytelling services to inspire personal and collective healing.

  • Future Services: Workshops, Facilitations, Conferences, Counseling, Assessments.

Important Disclaimer:

  • All messages shared during sessions are received intuitively or through spirit teams. Clients are encouraged to take what resonates and leave what doesn’t.

  • Services are based on free will and personal interpretation. There is no guarantee of outcomes, as results depend on how you receive, act upon, or interpret the information shared.

  • Due to the nature of free will and individual choice, there are no refunds after services have been provided.

3. Booking and Payments

  • Services must be booked through our website or by contacting Empowered Me LLC directly.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

  • Accepted payment methods include [e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, affirm, afterpay].

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

General Cancellation Policy

  • You must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund or to reschedule.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows will not be refunded.

Life Coaching Rescheduling Policy

  • For life coaching sessions, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

  • Rescheduled sessions must occur within the same week as the original appointment. Failure to reschedule within the same week will result in forfeiture of the session, without refund.

5. Testimonials and Feedback

  • By submitting testimonials or comments about our services, you grant Empowered Me LLC permission to publish them on our website or marketing materials.

  • Testimonials and comments will remain published indefinitely unless removed upon your written request to maichoo.yang@empoweredmellc.com.

6. Use of the Site

By using this Site, you agree to:

  • Use the Site and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
